Does the wholesaler have to pay taxes. For example if u put a house under contract for $10k more, does taxes come out of that 10k. And do I have to pay the seller before I pay the tax or after?

Curious how many times (assuming more than one) do you cash out refi the same property? As the third "r" yes, but then what if it appreciates significantly in two years....refi again? As long as it cash flows?
