Anyone have any experience with Roofstock.com? General thoughts?

To Turn Key or not to Turn Key, that is the question. What is the better investment strategy? Buy wholesale and fix up a property to hold for a rental or invest in a Turn Key rental that already cash flows?

If you were to make $20K on a real estate transaction would you use it to pay down existing debt such as a car loan or credit card debt, reinvest it into another deal, or a combination of both?
