Does anyone have any experience with Landlord Studio and or Stessa?  Pros/cons over quickbooks? 

Do record expenses and organize receipts as they come in, at the end of the week or month? Currently, I am doing them in excel as they come in but this proves to eat up a lot of time, sporadically throughout the day. 

Has anyone attempted to use one instance of Quickbooks for multiple entities, such as LLCs? I'm struggling to figure out how to best set this up, and do not want to purchase (or have to manage) two separate accounts.
