Getting funding on a property that has a stick built house and a mobile home seems almost impossible.
Especially with not a lot of money for a down payment.

Kansas doesn't title mobile homes of a certain age. Ownership is proven with a "bill of sale." How would I sell one with seller financing? Would the lien be noted on the Bill of Sale instead of the Title?
