Assuming you purchase a rental property in the name of your LLC, do you put the utilities (Gas, Electric, Water) in the name of your LLC or personal name? Is there an advantage one way or the other?

I just purchased a place for myself to live in. I have my other properties under my LLC that the utility bill is under. Can I add this property? I purchased in my name, not LLC. 

What does utilities means as it relates to raw land?
