Looking here for a real estate education before I buy anything but buying soon, probably as a long term hold. I'm an optometrist, a husband and father.
Hobbies are swimming (a former college swimmer), flying (I have a private pilots license) and also I'm into 3d printing but by no means an expert in that.

New to the game, just added my first duplex and so far happy with that first move. Very interested in adding more properties for buy and rent with passive income being the focus.
