I have owned my own property management company for six years back in 2000-2006. I have 33 years of retail/restaurant management experience. I just recently got back Into real estate. I purchased a home for my personal residence in 2001. Then married 3 years later. The property is a rental now. I am interested to learn if you can really purchase properties with little or no money, as well as wholesaling properties.
