Born in Havana, Cuba and came to this wonderful country in 1980 on the Mariel Boatlift. I currently live on a beautiful tiny island called Key West, where most properties start at a million dollars. I’ve been a home owner here since the early 1990’s and I’m finally ready to transition from home owner to investor.
I have been in residential real estate since 1998, owning rentals as well as doing lease purchase.
During the day, I also own an IT consulting/Software company where I help small business owners transform their business into a turnkey operation.
Work full time in health insurance consulting building self funded health insurance consortiums. Passion is working with clients on wellness to help minimize future costs and have happier and more productive employees.
