I'm a full time real estate investor, Retired lawyer (thank goodness), who is always looking for a new rental property, and house to flip.
I invest in SFR and multi-family properties. I manage them myself and have a brokers license that allows me to buy/sell on my own and occasionally for one of my investor clients.
I'm a husband and recently new father and know that working in a factory isn't my goal in life. I'm well versed in the art of the "wheel and deal" as well as the "buy cheap, sell high".
