I'm a 19 year old student looking to make real estate development my full time career. My ultimate goal is to design and construct one off, high end homes/condos and eventually work on small scale housing schemes.
Skeptical on every level. Seen the upside, have also seen the darkest depths. I learned construction (building, codes and management) through owning and rehabbing millions of dollars worth of real estate but lost out in the long run. Valuable skills and lessons learned, but opportunity evades me. Looking for a ray of hope from anywhere/anyone...
