Realtor having aided many in real estate transactions, but am starting now to work towards building a portfolio for my family. Would like to learn, broaden my knowledge in reference to wholesale deals, flips, anything real estate related. I have one wholesale deal under my belt as of 10.12.17!
I'm brand new to the REI arena. I'm still not sure if I want to buy and sell or build a portfolio of rentals or maybe both. I do want to build something that will help my wife and I retire comfortably and hopefully have something to leave our children.
