I am new to investing and to real estate. I am looking to learn how to wholesale at first. I'm excited to learn from many others and to explore new opportunities!
Retired firefighter with a background in construction. I started out flipping houses but began keeping and renting them twelve years ago. I own several single family dwellings. I manage, update and repair all the properties myself. I pride myself on being fair but I am finding that being nice is coming back to bite me.
Ready to learn. Looking for supplemental income and long term passive income. Would like to build a small portfolio of rentals as well as flip a couple properties annually.
I have just purchased my first home and I would like to continue learning about the real estate industry. My goal is to learn how to invest in real estate as a secondary income and hopefully to eventually make enough to support my family via real estate investments.
