I am looking for a mentor in my area to teach me the way of real estate investing. On the Bigger Pockets podcast Josh and Brandon say if you can't offer money offer work, that is what I am doing. I would love to be an extra hand on deck for any real estate investor as long as I gain knowledge about the process along the way.
