Have worked in the residential construction business for over thirty years first as a carpenter, then as a lead carpenter/project manager for other contractors, one for 17 years. Am now self employed, doing mostly subcontracting with one other contractor. Am looking to get into flipping houses, but would prefer to do it with higher end homes...
