I am a 32 yr old looking to get into real estate investing starting with wholesaling. I am a carpenter/remodeler by trade and work for myself In that field but looking to transition to something else.
I've been wanting to get into real estate investing for years. In February of 2015, I was laid off from my job in the mining industry, where I had worked for 17 years. I decided it was time for a change and so I jumped into real estate full-time, working for a local real estate investor as his Acquisitions Manager.
