New real estate investor seeking information
I consider my self Conservative but most of all a Christian. I have lived my entire life in and around the Houston/Galveston area. I work for an American Oil Company and I am seeking a better means to spend more time with my family and grow into a business that really enjoy.
I have been in the Real Estate industry for 16 years (Mortgages and Realtor) and have been a Real Estate Investor for 2 years.
I'm an admin by profession, looking to create a new stream of income.
I am an ambitious goal oriented individual. I have had my sights set on the real estate market for several years, and now I am ready to dive in head first.
I just did the Rich Dad training class and want to gain more knowledge on real estate investing
I live in south jersey and am looking to start flipping houses in the next few months. I currently work as a bird dog with a local real estate investor in south jersey. I have a full-time job and want to take this on as a part time job for some extra cash.
