Like to make some money so I can retire
I am a 23 y/o, living in Oklahoma. I purchased my first house a year ago for myself and my family, but due to family circumstances, my family and I are moving in with my parents. Not wanting to sell our starter home, my wife and I decided to try to rent out our house for a small profit and hopefully continue investing into more real estate....
Enjoyed investing in SFH and Mobiles for many years. Due to health reasons, took off about 10 years. Looking to get back in the swing of things.
I am in the process of attempting to raise money to develop a large tract of land for residential and commercial uses. Primarily what I want is to know if the proposed return for my investors is attractive for them.
