Have been working in real estate going on 10 years now. I have been a real estate agent for 10 years and for the past 7 years I have worked for a Qualified Intermediary helping 1000's of client perform 1031 tax deferred exchanges.
I am currently looking to acquire residential rental properties in NE Florida.
As a long-time resident of southeast Texas, I attended Lamar University studying Biochemistry with a pre-med concentration. While on campus, I was published in "Biochemistry" due to my help modeling and running assays on a research project. I soon turned my focus to industrial science and have worked in several labs over the last few years....
