Realtor and Property Manager for 7 years. Love working with investors. Recently become a Real Estate (New) investor with my first property.
I am new to real estate investing and am wanting to gain information. I'm currently 48 and looking for my next adventure in the dallas area.
I have read and listened to Robert Kiyosaki's books and recently went to a Rich Dad/Poor Dad seminar. I currently have two duplex rental investment properties in another state.
My son is a real estate agent; I will be working with him to locate potential properties to flip/reno for resale.
