I live in Park Ridge, IL just outside of Chicago. I married with the 2 greatest kids ever and a 3rd on the way. My primary employment is working in the IT Security industry helping business build security practices but have always had a passion for housing going back to doing projects with my dad as a kid.
I'm currently a Network Engineer for a major corporation. Looking to build up my rental portfolio over the next 15 years to replace my income and semi-retire by 45.
Designer by day and property investor by night. Focused on fix &flips and multi-family rentals.
I'm just starting my journey at this point. I've been becoming more and more frustrated spending most of my waking hours making someone else wealthy. There's got to be something better out there! I'm very excited to start this journey!
