Im 40 married live in Texas. Started learning about Real Estate in 2005 (Carolton Sheets No Down Payment) Did my first deal in 2008. Did my second deal 2010. Did my third deal in 2011. 4th and 5th Deal in 2015. I currently have 2 deals under contract setting up for my 6th and 7th house.

I'm currently working fulltime at a large GC construction firm, I've previously flipped old foreclosure homes for my father who then rented out the properties. I just discovered the podcasts and is interested in getting started on my tight budget.
