I've been investing in the real industry for around 4 years now. I began my investing career with buy & hold, rehabs and flips residential properties. Currently, my main focus in investing in commercial multifamily properties.
I bought my first house when I was 19 and my second six-months later. That was in 1980 and I have done deals ever since including flips, wholesaling, fixer-uppers, residential developments, added value plays, shared-equity mortgages, barter, etc.
