I am a newbie to real estate investing. Currently, I'm mainly looking to invest in Baltimore City, but will eventually be open to other areas as well. My primary strategy is buy & hold, generating rental income, but as I find deals will also flip to other investors (i.e. wholesaling). I look forward to connecting with others on BP!
