I am 23 and looking to start investing my money early. My medium term plan is to begin by purchasing relatively cheap land when the markets are cheap in growing communities within the expanded dc metro area and hold them until the value increases
B.S. in Finance/Economics from Univeristy of Central Florida. Have worked as FA/RIA with AIG and Merrill Lynch. Have held/hold the following licenses and certifications:
MLO, Real Estate Agent, Series 7, Series 66, FL 2-15, CRPC, and Registered Trainee Appraiser.
I'm Canadian but would like eventually invest in Real Estate in USA when our $ CAD will be stronger ;-)
