I am a young note investor who is currently growing into the business and is learning the process and full particulars on acquiring my first note. I am currently interested in acquiring non performing notes with the intent of loan modification while still learning the entire spectrum of the note investing business.

I am 25 years old and currently work a full time job. Bought my first duplex in 2012 and bought two more rentals totaling 8 units. Started using direct marketing this year, which lead to my last SFH purchase totaling 9 units. Focusing more on delegating the rental management and critiquing my buying/selling.
