Hello! I’ve been a Licensed Home Inspector in Louisiana going on 5 years now. I have two investment properties of my own and looking to grow my portfolio through wholesaling, rehabbing, flipping, and holding rentals.
25 yrs old. Associates degree in diesel technology. Employed by city as a diesel mechanic. Tons of side jobs on anything from tractor trailers to small compact cars. Time to follow my desire in real estate and learn new things. I believe without constant personal progression the sword of life becomes mighty dull.
I have bought and sold in PA and AZ. Now I want to rebuild my portfolio and try my hand and wholesaling and as much as I have a stay away attitude (from past experiences), rental and flipping are also in my space of interest again.
