I live in Washington DC and I'm primarily interested in residential real estate investing (wholesaling, rehabbing, flipping, holding for long term passive income and holding for airbnb rental) in the district. I hold a B.S and M.S in industrial engineering, PMP certification, and work on strategy and operations consulting.
