My husband and I recently purchased our first rental property a few months ago and have tenants. We are anticipated pulling out cash to expand our portfolio with a 2nd rental in the next 6 months and are looking at financing options. Hopefully this forum will help to network amd educate ourselves. We are in the Raleigh, NC area.
