I started investing in real estate at 16. I worked three jobs while in high school until I could save enough to buy my first rental. I am so passionate about real estate and primarily invest in Cleveland cause lets be honest California is overpriced and overhyped.
I've known my entire adult life that real estate is a good path for building wealth, but I've never been exposed to nor had the resources to get started. Now that I know I can get in with minimal personal resources I believe my construction background and motivation to change my family's future will help me get started.
