HI, I am the owner of a 5 unit small apartment building in the Bronx, NY and part owner of another small 4 unit building in the same borough. I have only been a landlord for the past 3 years and I am fairly new to this industry, but I would love to learn more and potentially grow my business into having 50+ units.
