Hello, I am an aspiring real estate investor with a focus on buy and hold/ rentals. I have some experience with house hacking and light rehabs.
Co-Owner of a small construction company. Interested in starting my journey of real estate investing to compliment my company’s daily , monthly and yearly goals. Little knowledge of how to get started or how to spot a deal but have the resources to improve properties if needed.

I live in Seattle, WA, but started investing in Ellensburg and Yakima around 2005. Currently I own two rental homes in Ellensburg, as well as two rental homes and a 5-plex in Yakima.
I am a full-time student at WIU studying music education. I've been blessed to have had the advice to already start my real estate adventure. I own five homes in my local market and hope to expand so that I can have supplemental income once I begin my teaching career!
