I am currently a pastor, and my wife is a teacher. We live in south Jersey. We are hoping to get into real estate investing this summer. I'll be getting my real estate sales license this fall. Our plan is to buy duplexes and rent them out. And potentially flip a house every few years. We really want our wealth to bless God and others!
