I am a new investor and heard a lot of good things about BP and hope to learn from you guys.
Currently, I'm working in B2C sales and I saved up some money. I would like to use that money to invest in real estate and hopefully build my foundation from there.
I am a newbie, I am looking for any advice from seasoned RE investors. I would like to get into wholesaling because it requires little or no capital to start. Once i become proficient in that area, i will expand from there.
