I live in Omaha Nebraska and am interested in getting into the rental and flip business. My wife is the house hunter and I am the number cruncher.
My husband and I are just getting started in building our real estate business. We are always open to learning new things. We are young investors. To jump start our business we quit our 9-5 jobs and started driving an 18 wheeler across country to cut down on our out-of-pocket expenses everyday!
I currently own 4 rental properties - 2 single family homes, 1 SFH with a duplex on the same lot, and 1 SFH with a studio unit in the back yard. I'd like to get more rentals, also interested in doing a little flipping but only to raise cash for more rentals.
