Bought and sold 3 properties in Columbus Ohio. These were rehabs that I did the work on myself. My wife was a realtor for 3 years.

I have been renting investment properties for about ten years and currently have four properties with five units total. I am looking for advice in moving toward multi family properties and expanding beyond regular bank financed buy and hold investing.
