I am 27 years old. I live in West Michigan. I work as a Manufacturing Engineer and am looking to start investing in single-family/ multi-family units for some passive income. I am eager to learn, and want to go slow with this so that I don't make big mistakes that cost me the business.
My day job is software development.
It's safe to say that while I have some previous education in real estate, I'm pretty much brand new. I'm looking to get into investing in the near future, likely further West as I'd like to end up back in the AZ/NV area, but also pretty open to other opportunities.
