New to Real Estate. I’m in the auto hail repair business so that allows me a lot of free time in the winter to invest in real estate. Currently looking for my first deal in the KC area. I have a goal to buy two units this winter. Either a couple single family houses or a duplex. Open to something even bigger if the numbers work.
