My husband and I are just getting started with flipping houses, but we are being mentored by several people that have many many years of experience. We are very eager to get going with this and show our children how to do it so they can do it when they get older. Our children are 12, 11, 8, and 4. We have 1 girl (the oldest) and 3 boys.
