I am new to real estate investing. Currently I am employed as a comercial remodel superintendent, for a regonal restaurant. I have a background in residential construction, and am a carpenter by trade. I love to take buildings that are ugly, and make them look good.
Hi, I am relatively new to real estate investing, but I have a big desire to succeed and am always looking to learn new things. I am a quick learner and willing to help when the need arises. I am looking for now really to start with flipping houses or to buy and hold for rent. I have some type of idea as to how I would like to go about it.
I deliver flyers door-to-door. I find foreclosures, Defaults on deeds of trust, and for sale by owner (FSBO). Need to find buyers. All of San Diego county.
