Mostly I have worked with wholesaling, and pre-foreclosures, although I'm looking to expand my horizons, & network with the great people here on BP. I have been a long time reader, & have always enjoyed helping or hearing the success stories of others here on BP.
I'm and overall investor. As an investment advisor I seek deals in the stock markets, startups and real estate. I've been teach people how to create and manage investment portfolios for over 12 year while doing it as well.
I have 1 two-family and 1 four-family in St. Louis.
I hold an MPA from Virginia Tech as well as a B.S. in Agricultural and Applied Economics. I am a also a Certified Research Administrator and working on a PMP. I currently work as Associate Director of Operations and Special Assistant to the AVP in the Office of Sponsored Programs at Virginia Tech.
