Looking to get into REI via buying, holdIng, and renting MFR. Also looking to get involved in BRRRR and House Hacking. Eventually and gradually growing the number of doors. Recently looking to start Flipping SFH as primary source of work/income and Buy and Hold as secondary.
I have previously had a couple of rental properties which have since been sold, however, I am new to real estate from a deliberate investment strategy perspective.
