Have been an active Realtor in SC for 8 years now. While I'm happy finding and negotiating great deals for the typical buyer, I really enjoy working with investors. I love numbers and absolutely enjoy digging into the background stories of sellers and individual properties for any corner of negotiation.
I am interested in leveraging the Fix & Flip and BRRRR strategies to build capital and acquire income properties. Cash flow is the end game, generating enough passive income to become a full time investor and walk away from the 9-5.
