I have owned a couple rental homes in the past. I have also been a member of a partnership that owned an apartment building. Currently I am looking at different ways to invest in real estate.

I have been investing in real estate for over 10 years. I've done several successful flips prior to the market turndown. I purchased 13 properties at the bottom of the market and refurbished them and are all rented at premium rents.
