Hi my name is sonny Reyes I'm 24 and new to real estate. I live in new jersey am I am attempting to learn how to become a retail property investor.
I am very new to the world of REI. I currently do not own any investments, and am working towards building the right knowledge I need to make my first purchase. I am currently readying "The Book on Rental Property Investing." and it has given me some insight on the direction I am going to take in REI.

I have been a chef for 10 years and recently decided to get my real estate license. I am looking to build my sphere and grow my business.
Interested in getting started in real estate. Currently weighing between renting/multi-family or just spotting good deals for flipping. Focusing on current area as I have been in the same location for ~15 years and know it pretty well.
