Hello, I am new to real estate Investing.
I’m 22 from Rocky Hill, CT.
I am very interested in real estate investing, and right now I’m focused on learning about buying and renting through the BRRRR method and flipping. I am working on gaining as much knowledge as I can right now to help me in the future!
I started investing in real estate 15 years ago and bought 10 homes, some I flipped and some I held on to. Life got busy and I got distracted, so I stopped working my plan. I currently have 3 properties that I will be selling and thought it would be a good time to get back in the game.
Humbly learning REI from everyone in this community. Investing in Los Angeles, aiming to cash flow $100k in 2021 to allow me to afford the time and money to have financial freedom with my family . I have a full-time W2 job that I love.
