Bought my first rental in 2014 (SFH) rented it out in a week and has been nothing but good, I bought a duplex (fully occupied) and another SFH (total rehab) in 2015 and am planning on starting an LLC for the properties as well as starting to use the additional income to start to pay off some of the debt I have.
