I am a business owner. I have been listening to the podcasts for a while now. I am interested in getting started with real estate investing as a new business. I had a rental years ago and ended up selling due to lack of experience. I think having a forum like this would have definitely helped.

I a m currently out of work ,and I would like to turn my life around. After reading the bigger pockets course I am very interested in real estate , which I hope get me on a good road to live a better life.
