I am new to investing in real estate but have been researching and doing my homework on different investment strategies. My goals are to build a rental portfolio that can provide me passive income and eventually be able to move into full time real estate investing. I have been a pharmaceutical sales rep for 11 years now.

My name is Blake, I'm a 25 year old EMT in California. I have always been interested in making money passively to provide for myself and family once I retire. More recently it seems more appealing since I now have the ability to do so! I've never invested before (other than company stocks) but this sure seems like a good place to start!
