I know that is quite a jump but soon after we got married my husband’s job brought us to California and it is where we made a home for ourselves. Been married for 17 years with 4 beautiful dogs. I discovered BP a few years ago, went to BP Con in 2019. Since that time our life has taken massive transitions. Now we are able to invest in real estate. I am looking mainly at local single family rental properties. Although interested in small multi-family and vacation rentals.
