I am a US citizen living and working in Australia. My husband and I are looking to start investing in real estate in the USA and eventually in AUS as well.
I just started 10 month ago: learning, joined local REIA, compile RE buyers list. I have not purchase any RE property yet. I used to be a loan officer for mortgage company, and my goal is to become a private lender for RE investors (mainly).
